Operation Associate

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage corporate project initiatives from initiation through delivery
- Work with manage project resources to drive execution according to plans
- Monitor and report to management on progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies timely
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to the team
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Performing ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree or higher diploma in related discipline
- 2 years or above administrative experience (Accounting skills is an advantage)
- Good organization, communication, presentation and multi-tasking skills
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint; English & Chinese Word Processing with good typing speed
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
Sales Associate

Descriptions:
- Provide all-rounded and professional compliance consultancy advice to clients including asset management firms, investment firms, brokerages, small scale banks and fund management firm.
- Match client’s needs and market assessment in order to offer tailor-made regulatory structure
- Prepare review report, presentation and any other related documents to update client’s portfolio
- Provide consultant services to clients by researching and analyzing financial market in achieving their goals
- Maintain long-term and harmonious relationship with clients by providing professional and comprehensive financial services
- Collect clients’ financial information, prepare proposal, and liaise contract with clients in order to meet their needs
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team, and be a good team player
- Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, implement processes and solve problem effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese language, a communicative level of Mandarin is preferred
- Willing to learn and interested in Finance, Equity and Investment industry
Executive Assistant

- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
- Assist the progress of projects as well as collecting information for completing daily tasks
- Prepare management reports and maintain confidential records

Requirements:
- Degree holder
